The parent or gift giver is our customer. We collect only what we need to make the stories.

About your child

Their first name, how to say it if it is unusual, the look you choose (skin, hair and outfit) and their birthday day and month, never the year. We never ask for photos of your child.

About you

Your email, to send your stories and sign-in links, and your payment details, which are handled by our payment provider and never stored by us. We only send marketing if you tick the box to say yes.

Your choices

You can change your child's details in your account at any time, and ask us to delete everything about your family by emailing info@snuggleupstories.com.
