The full terms will be published here before launch. In short: you hear your child's name and confirm the details before paying; finished stories are not re-made; club members can pause or cancel at any time from their account.

Starting straight away and your right to cancel

Each story is made just for your child as soon as you order. Before paying you ask us to start straight away and agree that, once we start, the usual 14-day right to cancel no longer applies to that order. This is the law for digital content made to order (the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). It does not affect your other rights: if a story is faulty or not as described, tell us at info@snuggleupstories.com and we will put it right or refund you.

Club and yearly plans: you can pause or cancel at any time in My stories; cancelling stops future payments, and every story you already have is yours to keep. Gifts start when the parent opens them.
